Hey guys!
I saw the Christmas tag floating around, so I decided to do it! Since it is a Thursday and Christmas. How appropriate right?
1. How will your Christmas tree be decorated this year?
Our family doesn’t get a Christmas tree! Something about how it’s too much work to take care of. Maybe once I get my own place, I’ll put one up.
2. When did you (or when will you) start Christmas shopping?
Christmas shopping is usually throughout the month. Instead of wrapping up the gifts, my dad just buys what we want and gives it to us. So there’s nothing to open on Christsmas unless it’s from a godparent or relative.
3. To Brussel sprout or not to Brussel sprout?
We don’t eat brussel sprouts. It’s mostly traditional Filipino food.
4. What are your favourite Christmas films?
How The Grinch Stole Christmas! The animated one and the live action film. I love the backstory of the Grinch in the live action film.
5. What is your most loved Christmas song?
Last Christmas I gave you my heart~! Should I go on?
6. Which smells defines Christmas for you?
It has to be pumpkin or puto. Pumpkin because I can get pumpkin pie a lot easier around this time of year! While puto is a Filipino dessert that looks like a cupcake. It’s so good!
7. Do you have any annual Christmas traditions?
Nope. My family isn’t into Christmas that much.
8. How are you celebrating Christmas and New Year?
Christmas this year was at home for once. Gotta love those family fights. New Year? Who knows!
9. Do you open your presents on Christmas Eve or Christmas morning?
Christmas Eve! I can’t wait until the morning. Although I do wait until midnight to open gifts on Christmas Eve. Does that count as Christmas morning?
10. Favourite festive food?
Gingerbread! Oh! And pumpkin pie!
11. Favourite Christmas gift?
This year, it has to be the $50 Old Navy gift card from my brother’s godparent. I love shopping!
12. What tops your tree?
We don’t have a tree, so I really can’t answer that.
13. What’s the best part about Christmas for you?
Getting the chance to spend time alone. Oh yes, I said it. Everyone’s so busy with prepartions that I don’t have to deal with the age old phrase, “You’re too skinny! Go eat!” Yup. I have that kind of family.
I hope you guys are having an amazing Christmas! Happy holidays!
