B is for Beauty

Hey guys!
Today’s letter is B! Which autimaticLly made me think of beauty. A small word that can cause such a large controversy.
As a child I always believed that beauty was something that everyone had. Beauty from within and outside. Not everyone is beautiful in the traditional sense where it’s only skin deep. Some people are beautiful in the way that you admire or respect them. Beauty isn’t just about what you look like, but how you act and think.
Beauty is hard to define, but it can be found in everyone. Society will dictate who is beautiful and who isn’t. It’s the people’s job to realize and remember that society’s beauty is only skin deep. A person may be beautiful outside, but if in the inside he’s a rude, arrogant man, then his beauty will only get him so far.
Beauty is espcially hard on young girls and women. We are pressured to fit into boxes that are always changing. Putting each other down because society tells us that her body type isn’t in or that her ass isn’t big enough. Women are forced everyday to question whether or not we are beautiful.
Society can fuck itself. Women are beautiful. You don’t need someone else to tell you that. No matter what anyone says, you are beautiful whether it’s the inside, outside, or both. Beauty does not define women.
We are our own beings. We are made up of more than just our makeup, our clothing, and our body. We must break away from the constrains society puts on the word beauty, and make beauty become just another word.
That’s it for today! Thanks for reading!
