OCTOBER FAVORITES OF 2017

Hey everyone!

November is almost over, and I haven’t post about my October favorites yet! I was busy with NaNoWriMo then starting my first job so I haven’t truly been putting as much energy into the things I love. However, my October favorites is a short list that anyone can go through for an hour or two.

TED TALKS

Love, no matter what from Andrew Soloman // I always enjoy his talks as his voice is very soothing to me. This one made me want to cry.

ARTICLES

The Missing Diamond from love liberty shelter // An inspiring (to me) story about loss, materialism, and minimalism.

not to do lists from unstuck advice // I really should try out this method of “to do lists” since getting distracted is a lot easier than getting started for me.

bug out kits for writers from writer’s digest // A silly article about what different types of authors should bring with them when on the road or without any internet.

BEAUTY

this blow drying technique // I tried it once after a shower. It definitely helped my hair style.

MUSIC

gangsta (cover) by new years day // This is a “harder” version of the popular song from Kehlani that was featured in Suicide Squad. I love Ash Costello’s voice in general, and she brought this song to life.

What did you love in the month of October?
