Hey guys!
I haven’t been updating you guys for the past few weeks because November is college application month. I have been busy with trying to get my grades up in math and working on just being healthy and all there. Without further ado, here’s what I’ve been up to.
School
Math has been my biggest issue. There are times where I understand most of the content, but other times I totally blank out. I think the issue is more of understanding and remembering the lesson. For some reason, everything just slips away the second I leave the classroom. I spent most of the Thanksgiving break trying to understand math and working on a fifty problem extra credit worksheet that I’m definitely not finishing. Not because I don’t understand (but I do don’t understand some things), but it’s the fact that I have no time to finish the rest of the problems.
Besides math, I’m actually doing pretty good with all my other areas of study. Drawing class is pretty easy, but it’s a little fast paced. At least I’m learning something fun this year. Economy is nerve racking because of a presentation that we have to do in December. Hopefully I don’t mess up too much. African American Heritage Studies is such a fun place. Everyone is chill and gets along really well. English and Forensic Science are some of my easier classes.
Personal
I have organized my closet to the best of my abilities this week. I’m still in the process of getting a few hangers for jeans and skirts, but I’m hoping to be done during winter break. I’ve also started to make my own little space where I can have a desk and some crafting items so I can have someplace to work on homework and crafting projects.
That’s all for this week! What have you guys been up to?
